My foot is thin and 25 cm long. This shoe with 26 cm insole becomes perfect with the socks of sports sponge. I was expecting a more performing shoe for the rock, instead it has a very hose and very cushioned sole, ideal for country trails. The sole is good, of material that makes a good grip and the shape of the plugs is one that does not break. Unfortunately these shoes are not good for jumping and running on the rock so I had to get 2 special insoles from an old polypropylene can to put under the original slab. Now with the sports socks I am perfectly as I wanted it, I lost 68 kg 10 kg of Backpack and I make the Via Ferratas and the crests. As for design and assemblies are in line with the price. Thank you. Thank you.
