Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is issued by Dazont LLC, operating under the trade name Kula Tactical (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”).

Because our products ship internationally and return logistics are often impractical, refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis, following verification of the circumstances and at our sole discretion.

1. Eligibility to Request a Refund or Replacement

Any issue related to an order (including fit, quality concerns, incorrect item, or potential manufacturing defect) must be reported within 7 days of delivery, as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking information.

To assess a request, we may require:

  • photographs of the item,
  • a short video demonstrating the issue,
  • order confirmation details,
  • any other reasonable evidence required to verify the claim.

Requests submitted without sufficient verification may be declined.

2. Non-Return Policy & Return Authorization

Items are generally not required to be returned.
However, in certain situations, we may request that an item be returned only after issuing a written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items returned without an RMA will not be eligible for refund, credit, or replacement.

3. Remedies

Where a claim is validated, one of the following remedies may be provided, at our discretion:

  • a partial refund,
  • a full refund,
  • or a replacement item.

The type and amount of remedy depend on:

  • the nature of the issue,
  • product characteristics,
  • verification evidence,
  • and availability of replacement stock.

No remedy is guaranteed without verification.

4. Shipping Costs

If a return is authorized due to a confirmed error on our part (e.g., wrong item or manufacturing defect), we may cover or reimburse the associated shipping costs.

If a return is requested for personal reasons (including fit preference or subjective dissatisfaction), the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, if a return is required.

5. Cancellation of orders

To request cancellation, please contact us before the order is shipped.

  • Once an order has been handed to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • If a cancellation is approved, a 4% processing fee may be applied to cover payment processing and administrative costs charged by financial institutions.

6. Refund Method

Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Processing times may vary according to the customer’s financial institution.
