The pouch is very well padded and feels nice against the skin as I am using it IWB. The clip is very strong and keeps the pouch from moving around on the belt. The padding also adds to the concealment of the pouch as it softens the outline of the magazine while keeping it close to the body.
Overall, it is a very good product. The option to select your gun brand logo on the clip is a nice addition.
