Mine just arrived yesterday. High quality build. Flashlights are heavy duty and bright. Come with a 11.1v lipo battery. Battery space is big. I recommend using your own battery because there are some monster sized batteries out there and they will fit. the lights can be used as strobe manually if you click the pad lightly and fast. what is even better is that it arrived in the US through Russian Post even after the whole international fiasco started.
